N - Training Guide
Introduction:
This training guide contains information regarding the basic layout of how training sessions typically go and some general information about what you need to do as a trainer at trainings. It is recommended staff and trainers to join at least 15 minutes before the session commences so that all staff available may join and so that everything is prepared in the correct order.

Group Shouts

Begining Portion
M Greetings! Welcome to the [Session Time Session] I am NAME, me and the rest of the HR team will be guiding to the progression of the NN staff team!
M Please pay close attention to the information about to be given as it is vital to your success in this training and to your career at Nini’s.
Rules
M Respect must be shown towards staff and your fellow staff at all times. Failure to show respect towards each other will result in a kick from the server, along with a possible demotion.
M Proper grammar is a must, and should be shown at all times. Failure to use proper grammar could result in your demotion and removal from the session.
M We ask that you do not go AFK during this session. If you go AFK, we ask that you inform your interviewer. If you take longer than expected, however, you will be removed from the server.
M It is recommended to be detailed in your answers, as it greatly increases your chance of passing. Lack of detail may result in you failing this session.
M Copy and pasting during this session will result in a failing and a removal from the server. If you are caught cheating in any way during this session, you will be removed from the server.
M You are not timed on your responses, however, taking a vast amount of time will result in the failure of this session as we have many trainees wanting to progress in the staff team.
M Grammar is needed at all times, both inside and outside this training. Failing to use correct grammar will result in your failure.
M Pay attention to your trainer for instructions during each section of the training to ensure you are doing everything correctly.
M Please note that any HR has the right to remove you from this session if you do not comply with regulated standards and rules.

sm Failing a good Trainee will result in an investigation, and your furthermore suspension or demotion.
sm Maintain professionalism at all times please, you are representing the group and its staff.
sm You are in need to remain active, if you need to go inactive, make a ticket in our communications server.
sm Grammar must be used at all times, no grammar will result in your demotion or fire depending on the severity of the infraction.
sm Disrespect is not tolerated, you’re in need of remaining respectful at all times.
Training Portion
Hello! And welcome To today’s Training Session! My name is (USERNAME).
I am accompanied by our lovely shadow (USERNAME). And I will explain to everyone the sections for today’s session.
There will be in total IV sections, introduction, trivia, serving, and simulations.
My shadow will look at your introductions now.
(If the Trainee got this correct, name them their point, the maximum they can get IO points, anything below that is an automatic fail, anything above 5 points is a pass.)
I will now be explaining the trivia section.
In the Trivia section, we will be dispatching 5 questions in your Private Messages, if you have not received it, please tell us.
Once we’ve dispatched the questions, and you’ve closed the PM. We cannot resend the questions again.
Question 1 | Who is the current Chairman of the group?
Question 2 | How many warnings does a troller receive?
Question 3 | How many warnings does an exploiter receive?
Question 4 | Who is the current Chairman?
Question 5 | Who is the Public Relations Team?
Great! My shadow will now go to the serving section.
In the serving section, we will ask you to make 3 orders. 3 of each order will earn you 1 point.
Please make sure you note down the orders, or otherwise we may not repeat them.
Order 1: May I get 1 Chocolate Milkshake, please?
Order 2: May I get one Tea, and Hot Chocolate, please?
Order 3: May I get one Tea, Hot Chocolate, and an Espresso, please?
Great! Your Trainer and I will be moving onto the last but not least, simulations section! In this section, we will dress as trollers, and see how would you react.

Great! You’ve done amazing, we will now move onto the last simulation which is, exploiting test.

Conclusion
If the trainee seemed to have a grasp of what they were being trained on and had complete grammar then you should pass them. Please note if they missed 3 things that is a fail. Trainees may correct their grammar mistakes within a 15 second period.
Final
Once the trainee has passed please rank and kick them with this message:
Congladulations, you have passed this session. You will shortly be promoted within our group ranking system. If you have not been ranked within 1-3 days please message an admin on our communications server with a screenshot of this exact kick messgae.
If the trainee has failed please kick them with this message:
Sadly, you have failed this session due to reaching the maximum amount of strikes. Please do not fret as there are many more sessions being hosted daily. If you wish to attend another session you are always welcome.
Trainers and Staff Conclusion
