Name change charging twice; Group name taken, still charged

I previously changed my name. However, when the confirmation box appeared the site delayed. (lagged, if you will) And I clicked twice, it then charged me twice for the name change.

This was obviously not intended; Secondly, I tried creating a group, but the name was taken so I didn’t get the group.

I was still charged. Info@Roblox couldn’t help me with either issue.

For me when I try to reproduce the second issue (the group creation) the messages appear in my transaction history, however I don’t lose the money I would have spent to get the group.

Just want to point out that the (new) official way to get in contact with support is to use the new support page: Roblox Support

I didn’t really check if it actually took money from me, but it showed up in my purchases. So thought i’d report the bug.

Kinda assumed if it showed up it took money :confused:

This is a bug I’ve seen before but it should have refunded you the money. It should:

  1. Attempt to purchase the group
  2. Create the group
  3. Refund the purchase (but forgets to hide the original transaction) if the group creation fails

After further emailing to info@roblox they refunded my money but never addressed the group issue.

May I note they said there was nothing they could do until I pressed them further.
