Hinting to executives regarding promotions is prohibited and will reduce chances of promotion.
ie: “I am working hard and using grammar. I really want that promotion.”,
“I would make a great staff assistant.”
Aside from promotions, there are many other incentives that can be rewarded to staff for working hard and following the values we look for in our employees.
All of these incentives are considered when considering an employee for a promotion
Star Of The Shift
The Star Of The Shift is rewarded by an executive during a shift they have hosted. This is rewarded to an employee that they believe has stood out during their shift and followed the values we look for in our staff. These are logged by executives and kept in mind when considering promotion (This can only be given out to the same staff member once per day)
Employee Of The Month
The employee of the month is rewarded at the end of each month. This employee will receive a special role in our Discord Server. This employee has shown that they understand the rules and values we hold as a staff team at Nando’s and has a clear understanding of their role.
