Hello, administrators and welcome to the training guide. Here you are to follow this guide at all times while commencing a training.

They only have 3 strikes. Once someone has reached 3 strikes you are to dismiss them.

Note: Changing how the training goes and you get reported for doing that will get you demoted.

  1. Introduce yourself
    :M Hello, welcome to your training I am your host [NAME] with my lovely co-host [NAME].

  2. Explain the rules
    :M I. Respect everyone.
    :M II. Do not abuse any tools given to you.
    :M III. Do not speak without using PTS. (Permission to speak)
    :M IV. Do to abuse caps. (Saying LOL, & xD are fine.)
    :M V. Lastly do not abuse caps.

  3. Faces
    Make them do faces. At the end of the face you are to say “Turn” (Right, turn.)
    Tell them that grammar counts.

  4. Colors
    There is no need to ask if anyone is colorblind as there will be text above the colors saying what color it is.
    Again tell them that grammar counts.

  5. Defensive tactics
    You are to give them a Pistol, taser, and a baton.
    :M If you take out your weapon you will be kicked.
    :M You can only take your weapon out when you are on the mat.
    :M Do not re-arrange them until you are on the mat.
    You are to act as a civilian with a weapon. 2 of them will go at the same time.

  6. Shooting Range
    You are to give them a pistol.
    :M Commands:
    :M Fire = Shoot once.
    :M Fire at will = shoot until you need to reload.
    :M Reload = Reload
    :M Aim = Aim
    :M Golden rule is to never shoot anyone in front of your booth.
    :M Pick a booth.
    You are then to say the commands.

  7. Obby
    You are to go outside for the obby. They are given 120 seconds to complete it.
    :M Welcome to the obby you have 120 seconds to do it.
    :M On my shot you go.

  8. Classroom
    You are to explain to them the tools, how to call a traffic stop, and the Chain of Command.
    You can explain it your way in any order.
    :M The way to call a traffic stop is:
    :M 10-95, [Location], [Car desc], [Occupants], 32’s or not

  9. Promotion
    You are to take them back to STS.
    :M Welcome to promotions.
    :M I wish I can promote all of you but I sadly can’t.
    ;M If you are ff’ed stand on the red line.
    You are to pick 5 people.

Once training is finished you are to shutdown the server.
