Naturé | About Us

Naturé is a cafe-based roleplay group that offers a variety of beverages and pastries. Down at the cafe, you may order from one of our lovely baristas, make friends, communicate with likeminded individuals and do many other activities!

Naturé was founded by arvcty in February 2022, and has been relaunched in August 2024.

We have not yet opened any social media accounts on platforms like YouTube and Twitter (X), but we plan on doing so.

Naturé | Information

Rules & Guidelines

  • Abide by Roblox’ Terms of Use.

  • Trolling is prohibited, and will result in actions taken against the user depending on the severity.

  • Exploiting is strictly prohibited. The exploiter will instantly be banished, and will not have the right to appeal it.

  • Modifying words with symbols to bypass Roblox’ chat filter will result in an instant banishment.

  • Everyone in the game is to be treated equally and fairly, and any mistreatment will have consequences.

  • Sharing confidential information and/or personal information is strictly prohibited.

  • Raiding will be considered as an instant major trolling.

  • Advertising other groups or organisations will not be tolerated.

  • Spamming in the chat is prohibited. (You are not allowed to say the same thing twice in the chat consecutively, or have more than 3 chats in 3 seconds.)

  • Trash talking anyone from our group is prohibited. If caught, the person will face consequences.

  • You are not required to serve your duty on a private server.

Recording/Filming Permissions

Cafe

You are allowed to record everything at the Cafe.

Training Center

You are not allowed to record yourself answering our training’s trivia questions at the Training Center.

Application Center

You are not allowed to record yourself answering the application questions.

Staff (LR) Regulations

  • Staff members are not required to utilize grammar, however the sentences you form should convey meanings and be understandable.

  • Do not abuse fancy vocabulary. As Roblox is a game for all ages, some people that are young - or not fluent in English might have a hard time understanding advanced vocabulary. Keep your greetings simple!

  • Hinting is strictly prohibited, and if caught hinting; the person will face consequences. Please notice that hinting will also decrease your chances drastically for an MR promotion.

  • Please remain professional in and out of the kitchen. As an LR, you represent Naturé, and any misrepresentation will have its consequences. You are allowed to talk with your friends at the register, however don’t let them restrict you from serving customers.

Rank Summaries

Non-Staff Ranks

Customer: Customers have joined the group. The difference between Guests and Customers is that Customers now have the ability to apply for Barista.

Noted Customer: Noted Customers are former HRs and SRs, that have resigned in the past.

Trainee: Trainees have successfully passed the application, and are waiting to attend a training session to become a Barista.

Low Rank (LR)

Junior Barista: Junior Baristas are baristas that successfully passed 1 training.

Barista: Baristas have successfully pased 2 trainings.

Senior Barista: Senior Baristas have successfully passed 3 trainings in total. Senior Baristas are supposed to work hard and consecutively in order to receive Staff Assistant (MR).

Middle Rank (MR)

Staff Assistant: Staff Assistant is the first Middle Rank, earned through being noticed as a Senior Barista for their performance. They assist all staff in the cafe. Individuals of this rank are held to requirements of activity, sessions, etc.

Supervisor: Supervisors are individuals who have demonstrated that they have understood expectations and have general knowledge regarding Naturé. They assist all staff in the cafe. Individuals of this rank are held to requirements of activity, sessions, etc.

Assistant Manager: Assistant Managers are experienced staff members who have shown strong dedication, activity, and knowledge about Naturé. They support all staff in the cafe and lead sessions. This role requires them to meet activity and session standards.

Manager: Managers are the last Middle Rank. They oversee staff in the cafe and lead sessions. This role requires them to meet specific activity and session standards.

High Rank (HR)

Departments:

  • Staffing Department: Being led by @Tynuska07, The Staffing Department is in charge of the promotion and demotion of MRs.

  • Operations Department: Being led by @Joshfade, The Operations Department strives functionality and efficiency in our games. They are responsible for making sure that systems run smoothly. Appeals and Suggestions will be handled by them.

  • Relations Department: being led by @N/A. The Relations Department is responsible for our communications with other groups, and the bonding. They host inter-group events and manage press related things.
