Navigation mesh inaccurate with meshes with thicknesses <1 stud

Repro steps:

  1. Download the repro file:
    navmesh-occlusion-inaccuracy-with-meshes.rbxl (88.3 KB)
  2. Run game

Expected behavior:
Given that both geometries are visually the same, both NPCs should reach their goal.

Actual behavior:

The NPC cursed with the MeshPart wall is unable to reach his destination because the navigation mesh has been inaccurately generated for his wall.

Workaround: Make the wall thicker.

it doesnt work with doors too.
