same i’m working on this gmod parody / fanmade game and whenever my nextbot gets stuck or gets too high in the air like about 1000-2100 studs the navmesh just starts erasing itself. roblox please fix this.
This is in fact a bug. I am having a similar issue where if I travel a certain distance from where my character spawned the navigation mesh completely disappears and breaks my pathfinding service. This post is in the wrong category, it needs to be reposted in #bug-reports:engine-bugs

It appears to be a visual issue where the navmesh exists but isn’t being displayed. We will investigate this.
However, it should not affect pathfinding. If I click on the area where the navmesh is not visualized, we still get a valid path. Please let me know if this is affecting the paths as you mentioned in your post above. If possible, could you provide a reproducible case for that specific path issue?
