What is NB?
NB, known as No Bully. Is a growing community were you can chill out in our vibe games, play our new Border RPG [COMING SOON] or even attend shifts in our training place to earn promotions!
How do I work here for promotions?

Community Rules
No spamming allowed.
Respect everyone, no trolling, bullying, or exploiting.
No NSFW Content.
Respect our Staff, follow any orders given to you by any staff member.
No Self-Advertising unless you are a Admin, or you have permission for a Group Administrator.
Do not pretend/impersonate a Staff Member.
No asking for free promotions, if you give out free promotions you will be Terminated.
No asking for robux.
Don’t break Roblox TOS (Terms of Service)
If you are a Ex admin you will have you admin taken from you.
What am I expected of as Staff?

Failure to meet with our standards will result in demotion, termination or ban depending on the severity. Staff must always be professional, and stay in-role.
Grammar is required in NB’s Industries by Staff at all times. This is to ensure professionalism.
Dress Codes will be enforced: Staff may only wear casual/semi-formal clothing. Trolling or disfigured avatars is prohibited.
All you need to know about shifts!
When an employee reaches the rank [HR] Staff Management they may begin hosting their own shifts. Shifts are a chance for Staff to prove themselves and earn a Promotion.
Shifts must be a minimum of 15+ minutes. And Staff must be in the group to be promoted. Going under the designated time frame will result in the shift host being demoted. The max time for a shift is half an hour.
If a shift host cannot promote the people in the server, then they may not head to a higher rank for them to do the promotion for them. Do not promote out of shifts.
Only a maximum of two people may be promoted after a shift. And in order to be promoted to a Mod+ you must be in our dizzy.
How do I start a shift?
Currently, only Developers+ can host shift due to maintenance issues with our system.
How to prevent abuse:
Staff may use the !warn (full username) (reason) command on abusers, once a person has reached three warnings they will be auto-kicked from the game.
If the person persists to rejoin, you may report them to a higher rank on the group wall/dizzy.
