Reproduction Steps
Play any game wearing Action Figure Torso in R15

Expected Behavior
The Neck and Collar attachments are placed around the shoulders/neck of a person
image

Actual Behavior
Due to incorrect placement of attachment points on the action figure torso neck/collar items are very low on the body
image

Back accessories does have the same problem with this bundle, basically nothing to explain except its acting the same as Neck accessories for this bundle.
