The blandness of the hallway seems to come from the lack of varying colors. This hallway has a very blended in palette. I don’t know the theme or concept of your game, so I won’t suggest changing the colors if it’s for the sake of consistency, but that’s just my takeaway. Something else that may help are some pointless details (e.g. some doors that don’t open or some form of lighting). Good luck with your building!

more lights (better lighting), a better baseboard or bigger one, make the walls like something not so rough (smooth plastic maybe) and make the neon streak on both sides:
