I don’t know why “GAME NAME” is the text you see when you join the game
I can’t close the Settings UI as there is no close button, just a blank frame.
I don’t know what I’m supposed to do in the game. I have not played “Steal Time from Others” and I don’t plan to play it, so I’d be glad if you could explain what you do in your game, therefore I can give off ideas.
Maybe make music not play by default.
Perhaps a game tutorial, collectibles and unique objectives.
So for the “GAME NAME”, I just haven’t thought of a title yet as I am mostly devoting my time on the development of the game mechanics and features. As for the settings UI, as mentioned above, it’s not working for the time being as it is unfinished. I changed the idea so it won’t be like STFO. I’ve also updated the post and said the upcoming updates in case you would like to check them in order to give you an idea of the game. As for the music, I will actually take it into account and I will add a frame in which it’s asking if you would like to turn on music or not. Finally, your last suggestion was very good and I’ll consider adding it to the game!
So I’m understanding that this is some sort of fighting game?
If yes, then you could have a very unique way to fight other players, something like throwing chairs at each other, or different objects with different weights.
Perhaps a new player throws sticks, and a higher-level player throws something more heavy, like a bus.
Then you can level up by winning duels.
Although, be aware of the matchmaking system, as new players shouldn’t have to deal with older players that are better at the game. Make it all based on the player’s skill, even the level advancement system.
This is a very good idea! Although I’ll have to find out how to make the models since I’ve got no experience in modelling, I will be able to make this in terms of scripting. The rules of the matchmaking system sounds valid. Since it sounds like an original idea, I’ll stick with it and start creating it. You can always tell me if you would like credits for it, I don’t mind.
