Hey!
I made a game called “Hack and Seek”
It’s basically a hide and seek game with hacks!

But I’m facing a problem:
Nobody is playing it. It’s getting 0 attention. Only my friends have ever played it. So basically, I’m asking for feedback, so that I can make my game better!

So as you have just seen, I just tried your game. I am not familiar with the hide and seen genre but seems like a relatively unique idea, and it looks like you’ve put a lot of effort into it. As you mention no one is playing it, the main issue is usually publicity not the game, and to increase publicity you can add pictures for the game that look interesting (Yours need updating), and advertising either on Roblox, or if you do not want to pay, on third party social media sites, showcasing the unique features and the game. I was wondering, how to advertise on roblox? Are those banners still a thing? Those that you could buy with robux?

Ad banners are no longer a thing, however to create Roblox ads now, I will do a quick tutorial.

  1. Go to Log in to Roblox

  2. Scroll down and under continue you will see your game if played recently, click it.

  3. On your game page next to the title on the right are these 3 dots, click them.

  4. In the drop down menu you will see the button “Promote this Experience”, click it.

  5. You will be taken to the create an ad account page, I cannot show as I have already done it, fill in your details, and you will be able to purchase ad credits with your Robux, and then you will be able to create an ad.

Hey! I have been hanging out in your game for some time now and while I wait for a player, I can tell you what I think about the game.

So your game needs to find a permanent style and font, let me explain:

So your game has low poly trees:

I have a few suggestions from what i’ve seen since i haven’t been able to try the game:

  • Have a main style
  • Change the gui a little bit
  • Change the game’s icon and thumbnail

[EDIT: I have just tried the game and here is what i have to say]

  • Give the seekers more time
  • Change the maps a little big. They are a little too big and sometimes you get stuck in some places
  • The power-ups feature seems great just balance them a little bit

It is little pricey, isn’t it? I didn’t created it yet, but I saw some Tutorials with prices also.

yep. I wont be paying any moneh lol

btw i updated the game

i added a new map

also most of the low poly things have materials now :slight_smile:

im not nearly done making it all great but thanks to you i made a few steps in the right direction already
