Need feedback on gradient logo

Hello, i am looking for some honest opinions on this logo.

It looks alright, pretty bland though. I’d put a border around the text and maybe a texture on it too. You could bend the text a bit to make it a bit more fun to look at as well.

Using DropShadow. I’m not sure what program you’re using to make the logo but there are plugins for paint.net you can use for free and photoshop comes with a DropShadow effect you can use.
