Need Feedback on the Animations I Made for My Game

Hello, I’m making a boss for my game, so I’m making animations for his attacks and
movement. I do think some of them look odd, so that’s why I need critiquing of the animations
so I can fix them.

And a walking animation I made for another game, but I feel like something is also
wrong with it so I decided to include this too

If there’s a mistake, please point it out so I can fix it I want the animations to be near perfect,
so anything will help.

I lowk forgot to mention the boss holds a sword. He looks kinda goofy without one but I didn’t want to mess with the sword rig since I thought it’d be easier implemented by scripting, just a heads up.

Looks dope. I think the entire animation set is pretty much perfect and I’d love to it once the game releases.

The only things that stuck out that seem kind of awkward (at least to me), is the final slash/hit animation. Most of the other ones seem smooth in the limb movement, but in the last one where he hits his arm down, it looks like it extends to far from the socket and it doesn’t look right.

Not to mention, I think the other walking animation you had (that you said was from another game) looks better than the actual boss one you had. The only tweak I would do is make the movement slightly slower so it fits the movement speed of the other animations.
