I need the most honest and genuine opinion on this simulator Game Icon since I’m relatively new to GFX and stuff and I need some kind of feedback, thanks!

It looks amazing! The only feedback I have would be to lower the brightness of the character a bit since especially the yellow body parts look blindly-bright, and try saturating a bit more the color of the eyes/mouth since compared to the other colors in the composition, they look noticeably more dull.
But overall, great work!

Thank you so much, I really appreciate it! I noticed the difference already, it does look much better! I was also thinking of making a better "New! " frame, since it doesn’t look that good imo. Thank you for your time!
