Hey, so basically we have a function in which it requires a member who ISN’T the group’s owner to be able to make group payouts. I initially though there’s no way this wouldn’t be a function, since it’s so simple and helpful. It turns out I don’t know how to and it may not be allowed, please help me out.
There’s currently no wa, from what hat I know, have you tried giving the Robux to the Owner and then to the Group?
Also move this to #help-and-feedback:platform-usage-support
What do you mean to the owner, then the group? The only way to do this is to enable the member to be able to spend funds or the function won’t work.
Well, teh finder gives the Robux to the Owner that then gives money to the Group, or add the person to the Group
The finder gives the robux to the owner? what do you mean?
This isn’t possible, only the group owner can payout funds.
That’s what it’s been seeming like but why isn’t that function available? It’s ALMOST vital for my game and seems kind of stupid to not allow.
Because it would make it easier to steal funds, or just out of laziness.
If your game requires group payouts, it might be TOS.
How can I make sure it’s in the TOS.
Why does your game require group payouts? Payouts should only be used to payout developers for work or to yourself normally, technically giving away Robux is TOS.
Can you point me in the right direction for where I should look in the TOS.
I’m honestly not sure, if you really want to know I’d just go to the TOS and look for it.
Should I just look under “robux” or other places as well?
Sorry for the questions as I’m new in my TOS knowledge.
I mean the the founder, whoever needs to give Robux for Group Payouts
The founder is the owner though.
No, i mean the person taht isn’t in the Group
