Need help making shadows sharper

  1. What do you want to achieve? i want to have sharper and clearer shadows

  2. What is the issue? my shadows look extremely pixelated

  3. What solutions have you thought of so far?
    -tried messing with shadow softness, did not help as even at 0 it looked bad
    -tried the upscale method, worked by the shear size i had to make everything was too much
    -tried the FOV trick, did not increase the quality at all
    -checked my render level, it was already at 21

you cant really natively create this due to limitations and im sure the only way to create this are custom shadow rendering engines
