What do you want to achieve? i want to have sharper and clearer shadows

What is the issue? my shadows look extremely pixelated

What solutions have you thought of so far?
-tried messing with shadow softness, did not help as even at 0 it looked bad
-tried the upscale method, worked by the shear size i had to make everything was too much
-tried the FOV trick, did not increase the quality at all
-checked my render level, it was already at 21
