Need help on making a gun script

Hello there. I am currently working on an upcoming survival game.
I do not know how to make this script, anybody able to help?

That tutorial is outdated because of the new raycasting system in place

thank you, but this doesn’t help with making the gun do animations. Any sulotions for that?

I have no experience with that, but searching around for tool animations is what allowed me to do similar stuff in the past.

Ik one video maybe can help you… (Isnt a good idea learning from YT in my opinion the best way to learn lua is from dev forum but poeple dont like to read so yea)

Tech with Mike its one great youtuber he did one serie making first person shooter (making the gun ,ammo, aim, etc…)

try to check that maybe that can help you.
