Need help on making logos

Hello, so I have been looking for example logos on google to practice my work but when I was looking at them some of them have vectors/icons that are copyrighted or need to attribute the owner. I wanted to know if there is something that I don’t know of which lets them use it without doing those. I do know that you can buy the license from them but, the person buying the logo probably doesn’t have the subscription.

When you search something on Google, you can click the tools button and then click on usage rights.

And also most of the images that pop up are need subscription. Is there a way around that?

Can’t you just click on the image and make it bigger, then right click and click save image as?
