Need help rigging skinstealer!

So my friend made a really cool model,
in Blender of a monster and he tried rigging it. This worked for the most part, but my animator still had some issues while animating it.

That doesn’t seem to be a problem of roblox, but a problem of rigging and weight painting.
You have face bones not connected to the neck bone (thus the face will not move with the head) and same with the chest, and you’ve fully relied on automatic weight paints which causes the arms to move the head.

Only fix to this is to manually fix the weight paints in blender (or other 3d modelling software capable of weight painting) and to maybe fix the rig hierarchy itself so bones follow what they’re supposed to, or to just delete unnecessary bones as I see quite a few which I have no idea what they would be used for.
