Need help with A chassis

So i have A chassis and inside it, It have a model Misc in which you can put those part you dont want the script to weld them them. So i did.

I want to do 2 things
1 - Attach those part with other body part so they dont fall. Ik, i can use weld do that but then comes the 2nd problem.
2 - I want to tween the parts and tweening is not possible when parts are welded.

So, anyone knows how can i tween those parts as well as have them welded.

The classic thing to do is use motors - which allows both rotation and movement of parts attached

If you need a code reference you can insert a steering wheel model for a-chassis and see how it is scripted - in practice any parts can be attached in the same way
