I have 78k Robux and I am trying to devex 30k of them, but I keep getting rejected. -
What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
This is my first time dev-exing and I keep getting rejected, so I sent roblox support an email and they replied that my robux was not “earned robux”. I got my robux from doing commisions and getting paid via group funds or gamepasses. I explained that to them but kept getting the same email about not enough earned robux until finally i got a different response saying my alt accounts that were on my email address got moderated, i checked my alt accounts and i didnt see any bans or warnings - and my alt accounts arent even linked to my email address. Also i sent another request on august 15th but have not gotten rejected or accepted, it says it is still pending and I’m not sure if this is normal for it to take 2 weeks and still be pending. I’ll post pictures of the emails and robux summary.
