I have recently DevExed 200k robux and I need to fill out form W-8Ben. The problem is, I dont have SSN, ITIN nor NIP because I dont live in US. I only have PESEL (Polish national identification number) and I dont know if I should put it in “Foreign tax identifying number” (6a). I also don’t know if I should check box 6b and if so, what does that even change.
I would like to clarify that I am not 18 and my county of citizenship is Poland.
I heard that I can skip line 10 but I am not sure if thats true or not.

Hey,
You must be at least 18 to get paid from Roblox. If you’re under 18, you’ll need to enter your legal guardian’s information onto the tax form and their payment information into Tipalti. I’m from Poland aswell, so I know what you’re talking about.
To explain line 6a, you need to enter your parent’s NIP number. This is required because Poland is not on the IRS’s List of Jurisdictions That Do Not Issue Foreign TINs. You won’t have a NIP number if you’re not 18.

but when I recived Devex request, it said that all info must match with what I put when I entered devEx info or something like that, Should I just starting using my parent info in Tipalti and Form? or should I write to roblox to change some info or something

When entering the information onto the original devex request, you should put your parent’s full name there and their information. In the Tipalti registration form, you should do the same there. Try entering their information there, and if your devex gets declined, contact Roblox Support as they will be able to help you from there.
Every taxpayer in Poland has a NIP number. You probably find the NIP number on a letter from the government about taxes.
