Need help with ImageLabel UI (Effects on the screen)

Goal: Get a dramatic effect over the clients screen

What have I achieved so far?

Issue
The issue is that you can select and click on the ImageLabel (the dramatic effect) and you can’t interact with anything, example:
The menu from my site. - The menu works 100% without the UI over it.

I have not looked for liable solutions as I am unsure what I would’ve have to of typed as keywords.

make sure the Frame and Overlay have the Active property disabled, it should be disabled by default though
