Hey guys! For quite a long time I’ve been struggling with keeping retention at the very least close to average levels in my game ([🚀ICBM] Destruction Game - Roblox). Every metric but day 1 and day 30 retention for my game is below the 50th percentile of similiar experiences. (W1 retention hovers around 7%, D7 stickiness is around 2%, D30 stickiness and D7 retention are below 1%)
I’m slowly running out of ideas on how to make this better, I can’t see many issues within the core gameplay loop of my game. I have tried adding more weapons to the game thinking that there isn’t enough content for players to stick around but that really hasn’t made things better at all.
I’m just hoping that someone with an outside perspective can help me pinpoint any issues that could be hindering retention and could give me some tips on how this could be fixed.
