Need Help with Rigging and Animating

Hi there and thank you for checking out my post. I have been making some creature models in blender for my upcoming game and have stumbled upon some problems, here they are;

1.Do I have to model the legs, arms and other body parts separately? (basically the entire model will be in one file but should I avoid grouping them before exporting them to Roblox for the sake of rigging)

2.How do I model in blender according to the measurements in Roblox studio do I have to import a dummy from studio in to blender for reference?

3.When I export a model to Roblox studio it appears grey how can I get the colors/textures that I assigned to the model in blender?
