Im trying to get that first image to spin around like a skipping rope but I cant get the right axis ive tried X Y and Z but it goes some random ways ill show a screenshot of the code its a simple cframe one
From the Rotate tool handles it looks like your Pivot is out of square for the skipping rope.
Try rotating just the rope to the XYZ rotation of the world then click Pivot Tools, Edit, Reset to see if the selection box sets back to ‘square’.
