Hi. If you probably know me, I recently launch a Mountaineering team nammed “WorldPoints Expeditions”. I decided to customize my backpack with Skis. I make the skis big for add better details but when I try to make them smaller, The Scaling points are freezed and don’t want to make the skis smaller.

I really need to finish theses skis soon. I hope some of you can help me with my Skis.

use this plugin. It makes your life so much more easier when scaling something to an appropriate size.

Umm ungroup them and go into property and scale it, it can’t be hard.
