Need help with spinning a wheel like Spin Cycles stage ANW

Hello, I am working on a game like Roblox Ninja Warrior, which is inspired from American Ninja Warrior. I am building a stage from American Ninja Warrior called spin cycles. The way it works is the player steps on a almost transparent part which un-anchors the main part of the spin cycle, this then lets it rotate using hinges but still staying connecting with welds. There is then another almost transparent part that the player pushes to spin there self enough momentum letting them jump to the next area. The issue I (and my development team) are having is that we are not able to push the spin cycle with the part as it is not moving causing the player to stay stationary. If I may get some help to fix this problem I and my team would gladly appreciate it.

Are you able to take a video of the issue?

As you can see, it doesn’t spin when I push the semi transparent part.

This is a game that does do this quite well.

Have you tried to give the transparent part more density?

can I see how did you make it spin?

did you use something like this?

No, I actually didn’t mess with the Motor settings, would that help?

It spins way smoother now, The problem now is that the part doesn’t push the wheel.

have you try to add the Torque?

These motors will push your part around regardless of someone else pushing it.

Take Rising Ninja Warrior 5 stage 1 for example, the spin cycles react to the player pushing the transparent part.

How can I achieve this?

As this is what happens for me

You dont need any actuator or motor so leave those off… i believe you just need to make the whole structure massless, then your weight should be enough to spin the hinge by itself.

Thank you, that has fixed the problem.
