Trying to make a tycoon, and before I finish this build off, decorate it, and set it up with all of the money making stuffs, want to see what everyone thinks of it, it has been in the works for 3 days, and just want tome honest feedback, you can play the game here, or look below for images.

From the images I see this is a car dealership. You can add some windows or decorate the walls in the back. Also most tycoons have some sort of a map.
EDIT: You should also make your own cars don’t use car free models
the cars im using arent free models, a-chassis is, the actual car models I bought, they were 2k as a bundle
andabout the map, not worrying about that right now, mostly on the actual tycoon, map will come later, thanks for the feedback on teh actual build, Ill try using some of your ideas.
The outside is rather plain. It could use some upgrades with a plated structure around the walls. The roof maybe could use an overhang.
I agree, it looks pretty empty with the looks from those pictures shown. Hope those decorations just like @Wertyhappy27 said would make it better
Also, there’s only one place that’s available for just one player to play your tycoon. Are there any more slots of the tycoon so that other players can play your tycoon.

could you provide some images of what you mean?
Im working on the basic structure, with all of its decor, once I get a good tycoon build done, im going to copy it for the rest, and make the map that these are going to go in.

I like it! But I completely agree with the fact that the outside is kinda boring. Trees would be nice, as well as decorations for the walls. Are the cars supposed to be parked on the grass?
no, right now working on thej building first, the rest of the map, so parking lots, roads, outside buildings, etc will come then, everything inside the white box around the build is where im working.

I would get more life to the outside and it look more appealing instead of a wall hope you take my advice
