Hello I am using blender and am trying to get this thing but don’t know how to open it… By any chance could someone tell me if there’s a hot key or how to open it?

To open this menu, simply right-click on the Dope Sheet and hover over “Interpolation Mode”. You can click on or box select multiple keyframes and change their interpolation all at once.
Also it may not be right-click if your remapped your context menu key in Blenders preferences.
