Currently, I’m working on a game called “Acid Escape”, inspired by a game of the same name. I just need people to test it and give me feedback. What you like, what you don’t like, bugs, what you would add, and other things like that would be great.
Played the game and so far for me its mixed the ui lacks some style and feels like it was poorly ripped off of a simulator, the level design is alright but I think you should either remove the squishing obstacles or fix them because they can be a bit buggy, and you should probably give more instruction to new comers how don’t know the formula like maybe a optional tutorial or something like that. Oh yea and you should probably change the name so it can stand out and be more recognizable
Add a close button for the voting panel, and make the duration of voting slightly longer (maybe for another 5 seconds or so). Also suggest making a tween animation for when the GUI pops up.
Add a GUI and tween such that it shows that the Player won, instead of just resetting their character and adding to their coins.
For some reasons, dying in a round launches you upwards in the map?
I suggest adding a win stat for Players, so they are able to compete and see who is more experienced.
Add an AFK system for Players who would like to just explore the map.
Make sure to add badges, as they’re a great way to encourage Players to keep on playing your game, in order to achieve them all!
Instead of just teleporting Players into the map, try to freeze them when they get teleported and do a countdown to get Players “hyped up” for the round.
Would suggest making this NPC’s name invisible and making the Tutorial stand’s colour a lighter shade, to make it easier to read.
If no Players vote on a map, the game should randomize the choices, not just keep choosing the Factory map.
Gears don’t save when you purchase them from the shop. I would also suggest not to give all Players the gravity coil, and keep it fair such that only those who have played enough maps to earn coins are able to purchase the gravity coil.
Agree with this!
Overall, there are a list of things that have room for improvement, so just keep working hard and improving on your game, and you’ll be able to make it more engaging to Players!
Yeah, the dying and your head getting launched in the air is an issue with Roblox’s gravity coil. I can try to fix it, but I’m not sure if I can. Overall, I loved your feedback. Thanks!
