So lately I’ve been wondering what games i can develop but i’m all out of ideas…
Anybody have some creative ideas that you can tell me? I’d appreciate it!

I was thinking about a simulator but that’s a little to “common”.

Do you have the resources to make a simulator? Like time or funds? Also, do you have a specific thing you want to make your simulator about?

Yes and No.
Yes because i have loads of time.
No because i have only 1k.
I like to be “not the ordinary dev”.

I can respect that last line. Do you plan on being a solo dev? Also, what topic or thing do you plan on making your game on?

You said you wanted to do a simulator. Maybe a sword fighting simulator? I also have to go soon.

I plan on being a solo developer in the short term , my main goal is to build up my portfolio.

Find some simulator games you like and see what aspects they have that make them good. Make a simulator that has those things so people like your game. Find a unique idea. You can get players for your game from social media and the DevForum.

ok so basically all the players are food on a plate and they have to not be eaten by the human, avoiding knives, forks, spoons, chopsticks etc, roundbased game, if you get eaten then you are out, survive for enough time to win
