Need someone good at lighting

I’ve been trying to get lighting like this but not sure how to do it
any help will be appreciated

I think this is actually using future lighting, without all the specular. Of course, color correction and everything will help, so mess round with it! From the looks of it, it’s a soft blue for the outdoor ambient, with a mild blue tint of color correction with some extra saturation and contrast thrown into the mix. Just play around with the settings until you feel like it looks good. Hope this helps!

I remade most of the scene here, like @Kanteerr said you just have to mess around with the lighting till you find what you want.
