Hello Developers.
Roblox released their new BanAsync method recently, they state that You are allowed to reference brand names and platforms as long as you meet Roblox’s Community Standards, however, the Community Standards also state that links are prohibited unless provided in the Policy Service API or experience description page.
So a few questions I have are to be on the safe side: Are we allowed to only mention a Discord in a ban reason regardless if the player isn’t supposed to access Discord? Would we only be allowed to mention (or better) link the Discord server if we use the PolicyService to determine that? How would we probably be able to reference (or link) an offsite website like Discord for game support without getting into trouble with Roblox?
