Neon Part Not Glowing

Hello developers! I’ve been making roblox games but for some reasons, in each of them when i try to add neon parts for the glow, it does not seem to be glowing at all:

any help?

And also, I dont have a bloom in the lighting, so its not related with that

Try changing the brightness of the color to maximum and see if that helps

Press Alt+S, or find the FILE button on the top left and select “Studio Settings…” in the dropdown.

Go to the “Rendering” tab and look at “Editor Quality Level”, yours may be set to ‘Automatic’ or a low level. The highest quality level, as shown below, is Level 21.
