Respect
Respect is of utmost importance on our server. We will not tolerate any derogatory language, inappropriate behaviour or discussions about sensitive topics. Our aim is to maintain a respectful atmosphere for everyone.
Inappropriate Content
Our community is dedicated to creating a safe and comfortable space for all members. Therefore, we will not permit any content that is considered inappropriate, including language, imagery, and conversation topics. It is essential to maintain a positive and respectful environment.
Advertising
As a community member, please avoid self-promoting your group or services. Direct messaging advertising or promoting anything within our server is not allowed.
Sharing Information
While we encourage connecting with fellow community members, we request that you do not share personal information such as full names, addresses or schooling. We also kindly ask that you respect others’ privacy and not pressure them into revealing sensitive information.
Common Sense
Our Staff Team actively monitors for any inappropriate behaviour and will take disciplinary actions when necessary. We hold all members accountable for using common sense and distinguishing right from wrong, even if it’s not explicitly mentioned in our guidelines.!

Customer
This rank is given to people who have joined our Roblox Group and will be considered official customers of our Greek restaurant.
Noted Customer
This position is given to resigned High Rank & Leadership Team members.
Trainee
After passing & completing an application down at our Quiz Center, you’ll be given the role “Trainee”. Your responsibilities in this role is attending training, working behind counters and preparing meals for our Guests.
Junior Cook
This is the first low-ranking role (LR), given to those who have attended and passed a training session. People with this job will be tasked with serving customers, working behind counters and preparing meals down at our restaurant.
Senior Cook
This is the second low-ranking role (LR), members of this will be tasked with serving guests, working behind counters and preparing meals down at our restaurant.
Master Cook
This is the third and last low-ranking role (LR), as previously mentioned in both of our low-ranking roles, this role will still be tasked with serving customers, working behind counters and preparing meals at our restaurant. However, you will be expected to remain professional at all times as you have a chance to kickstart your Management Career at Nephos.
Staff Assistant
This is our first middle-ranking role (MR), people in this role will be given weekly tasks that must be met. A professional manner and utilisation of grammar is required on all of our platforms, however, grammar is not needed when speaking on the communications server.
Supervisor
This is our second middle-ranking role (MR), people in this role will be given weekly tasks that must be met. A professional manner and utilisation of grammar is required on all of our platforms, however, grammar is not needed when speaking on the communications server.
Assistant Manager
This is our third middle-ranking role (MR), people in this role will be given weekly tasks that must be met. A professional manner and utilisation of grammar is required on all of our platforms, however, grammar is not needed when speaking on the communications server.
Manager
This is our fourth and final middle-ranking role (MR), Customer - This rank is given to people who have joined our Roblox Group and will be considered official customers of our Greek restaurant.
Executive Assistant
This is our first Department member role. People with this role will be either assigned to the Public Relations or Staffing Department, where they must complete tasks on a daily basis to ensure activity and show their dedication to their position. They must maintain a professional manner at all times, have advanced grammatical abilities and have a great understanding of Nephos’s operations.
Executive Officer
This is our second Department member role, also known as Co-Lead for either the Public Relations or Staffing Department depending on what department they choose, where they must complete tasks on a daily basis to ensure activity and show their dedication to their position. They must maintain a professional manner at all times, have advanced grammatical abilities and have a great understanding of Nephos’s operations.
Executive Director
This is our third and final Department Member role, also known as the Lead for either the Public Relations or Staffing Department, where they must complete tasks on a daily basis to ensure activity and show their dedication to their position. They must maintain a professional manner at all times, have advanced grammatical abilities and have a great understanding of Nephos’s operations.
Facility Developer
This role is allocated to those who have been commissioned or work full-time on Nephos’s development.
Vice President
This is our first Leadership Team role, members of this role either oversee Public Relations or the Staffing Department meaning they observe their chosen department to ensure everything runs smoothly. They must maintain a professional manner at all times, have advanced grammatical abilities and have a great understanding of Nephos’s operations.
President
This is our second Leadership Team role. Members of this role assist the Leadership Team in operating Nephos and making sure everything runs smoothly. They must maintain a professional manner at all times, have advanced grammatical abilities and have a great understanding of Nephos’s operations.
Co Owner
This is our third Leadership Team role, members of this role co-own the establishment while overseeing Nephos’s whole operations.
Owner
This is our last and final Leadership role, members of this role own the establishment while overseeing Nepho’s whole operations.
