Network Ownership Breaks

Problem
Using a linear velocity on the end of a rope resets the network owner to the server.
Disabling the linear velocity makes it work normally.

Description
I have two mechanisms each of them has a linear velocity in them. The network owner for both the assemblies are also the player.

The problem is when you connect both mechanisms it resets the owner back to the server.

Reproduction

  1. Open the NetworkOwnership(2) file
  2. I have a script inside the model that automatically sets the network owners and reproduces the problem.

Looks like there is a bug with the Network Ownership Distribution logic when you attach a Rod Constraint between the two parts. We should definitely fix this, but as a work around if you set Network Owner again after introducing the new constraint it should let you get around the issue for the time being.

Please us know if you are blocked by this on a larger level!

Late response, but should have a fix for this going through the typical release process in ~2 weeks so that it can go through QA.
