Network traffic to Roblox.com from GalaxyGate is timing out

The problem:
Any network traffic to Roblox.com (all apis & subdomains) coming from GalaxyGate (AS397031) is timing out.
Specific IPs: 144.172.83.104 & 162.248.101.193

Context:
This is making it impossible for any of the our game integrations to work like roblox verification and our mod panel.
Anything on users.roblox.com and the opencloud api that we use heavily is just refusing to connect.
Apparently the hosting provider has already contacted their NOC but hasn’t gotten a reply.
