New account allowed to use same email with another account, but unable to recieve any verification email

When creating new account, same email is not denied and create sucessfully.
But after that, unable to recieve verification email.
So the account will be stuck on that.

Expected behavior

It should be dinied in the first place when creating new account.

I use my email for me and my brothers account and it works perfectly fine

You are able to make multiple accounts on one email. The fact you arent recieving a verification code is an entirely different issue thats not related to being able to create multiple accounts under one email.

So the correct behavior is
You can create multiple account with single email address!
