I recently started an advertising campaign on the new Ads Manager, and it has received 0 impressions so far. This issue is occurring in 2 of my campaigns.
Campaign 1 👑 Empire Clash - Roblox
Campaign 2 ⚓Navy Simulator - Roblox
Both campaigns were purchased with ad credits from Robux.
Expected behavior
I expect the ad campaign to start getting impressions after launching.

This is quite a big problem. Many users are getting almost no impressions at all despite spending quite a bit on the ad.

Hello! This issue has came back but differently. Now ads manager cant fully use my budget so I get few impressions and my budget isnt used up.
