Today I checked out the new developer hub article on string patterns:

Overall I think it’s a nice article, but it seems that the author forgot to put in explanations on how the two anchor characters, ^ and $, function, a topic that was well explained in the original article.
The old URL of the string patterns reference doesn’t redirect to the new URL (http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=String_patterns, which was used in wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Global_namespace/String_manipulation). Would be neat to either replace the dead link or redirect to the new one.
Bumping this since I tried searching for this today and couldn’t find it.
