"New" chat cuts off messages when typing fast

The new chat cuts off text when typing over 100 WPM.

This happens in any game, any version, at all times on whatever PC I play on and has always been occurring since it was announced in June of last year. The old chatting UI did not have this problem.

Steps to repeat:

  1. Type a message at or over about 100 WPM
  2. Hit enter as you finish typing.
