New Concrete Material texture problem

I found this literally tiny texture bug :

While taking a very very close look onto the new Concrete Material i noticed that it got some sort of grid shaped texture seams :

this texture issue is actually only visible on minimum clipping distance /maximum zoom in

My pc info :

Win10 Pro -Creators update
GTX 660 TI oc2
Newest n-vidia drivers
Intel core I5 2500 @3.3ghz
8gb ddr 3 ram

EDIT : new brick material has the same ; sorry if its by purpose but just wanted to say.

In fairness, this is near impossible to notice ingame and no one is going to stick their face that close up to concrete anyway.

Same issue with the new marble texture, the lines are pretty obvious from around 2 studs away
