"New Dragger Improvements [BETA]" popup can't be closed out when toolbar ribbon is minimized

Whenever selecting “Home”, “Model” or “Avatar” and have the ribbon minimized, and have the dragger improvements beta on, for the first time loading studio the “New Dragger Improvements [BETA]” popup appears.

I was able to close it (the button registered my click) once I maximized the toolbar ribbon.

I’m running Windows 10 Home and Studio Version 0.605.3.6050660 (64bit)
