New exploiting loophole?

I don’t know if this is the right category, but this is kind of urgent.

I was playing a certain game in the platform and me and some friends were having this feud against a couple of people who I will not name as if I am wrong it could still paint a bad image towards them. So my character dies for absolutely no reason as far as I saw and then I thought one of them was hacking, I decide to report them to ROBLOX. And not even a minute after…

“Channel : zsigncapturemetadata”

I’ve never seen THAT line before within disconnection errors, hell it may be a stupid question but I found that odd…

My whole internet went down with it but thats not the main point. Error 277 is an internet issue, im used to it but the timing on that was too perfect, maybe it IS a coincidence and im overthinking it but I need to know, just WHAT is “zsigncapturemetadata”? Is there any new loophole within the ROBLOX coding that exploiters can take advantage of? Is my data in actual danger or nah?

This might sound crazy, but I could easily replicate this error code by changing my router, which has a different ISP. This is also an issue I only recently found out is happening. (I use one of the ISPs with fewer ping spikes to play shooter games, but the other with generally lower average ping to play other games.)

As you can see in the image, the same error code can be easily replicated. Please also ignore my network and physics statistics; I was testing something related to the game, not related to this issue, I just so happened to scroll through.

Anyways, I’ve also gone to Red**t on r/RobloxHelp, and what do you know, many others are also experiencing a similar issue of “Error Code: 277”, just with a different channel, depending on the situation.

Anyways, I’ve also checked my ping and other related stuff using external sites:

My hypothesis:
Roblox is currently working on/improving features relating to Roblox’s servers, hence the constant issues you can find.

Replying to your question: “Is my data in actual danger or nah?”
No, and may I know what specific data you are talking about? If you are thinking about the files in your device, then no.

Anyways, if what you said was true, then do you so happen to know your friends IRL? If you do, then maybe they know about your router settings. Try checking your firewall if that’s the case. If not, then what you said is just a coincidence.

Please remember this phrase, “Correlation does not imply causation”, both incidents could’ve just happened simultaneously, not because one directly caused the other.
