The logo is great!
My feedback is that you should probably not make the characters so red like that, I suggest toning it down a bit. I also think that you should try removing the white outer glow from both of them. Also with the first guy’s face, there’s like an outline with his eyes and mouth that stands out a bit too much. Try using something like an inpainting brush to cover that up.
Overall, it’s not a bad icon! You have tons of potential, and good luck on your game!
