I tried making the logo myself as well. This was also me trying out backgrounds since I’m not really sure how to do them well.

Try to remove the faint white outline of the character and add some shadows/details

what is that text on the body. maybe add a sun .maybe add clouds.
it’s a watermark for the gfx (the one on the shoulderish)
I like the GFX image, but add more lighting, clouds, and shading to the icon.
