I made a new group last night for my games and only checked it out properly today after the logo should’ve been approved. However, upon going to view my groups, I see this:
A couple of friends have attempted to help me with this issue and they can view all of my groups by visiting the URLs directly or by running a bit of code, but those groups do not appear on my profile at all.
UPDATE: After talking with friends about the issue and what we can/can’t see, it suddenly started working again. Prior to this, I made a post on Twitter so either an employee has solved the issue or it has just suddenly decided to work, but regardless I feel like I should still post this to make you all aware that I’ve been having this issue.
@buildthomas I just came here and went straight to “Bugs and Exploit Reports” like anyone who doesn’t use the Dev Forums much would. It affected all of my groups, but this seems to be the one that triggered it: Haughton Foundry - Roblox
Yeah, innocent mistake – he wasn’t faulting you for it. Engineers check the subcategories they’re responsible for though, which is why it’s important to post in a subcategory – otherwise, your thread probably won’t be seen. You can move your thread by clicking the pencil icon next to the title and selecting “Web Bugs” in the dropdown.
