Looks really nice! My only suggestion is to make it look less like a box. The bottom part looks more like a square as supposed to the top part looking a bit nicer.
Heres an example of a group logo I made a while back. It has a lot more curvature which makes it look a bit nicer. Other than that amazing job looks really nice!

Bit too boxy for me.
Would round off the edges a bit.
